REFUND POLICY

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of order arrival.
  • Shipping fees are not covered for merchandise that is not damaged or incorrectly shipped.
  • Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are only covered for products that are damaged or shipped incorrectly.
  • Contact customer support with an explanation of the defect and include photo and/or video evidence to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  • Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the return shipping label, or the label will become invalid.

Return Tracking

  • Use a mail service that provides tracking or insurance.
  • We are only responsible for items received and cannot be held responsible for returns/exchanges lost in transit.

  • Once your return reaches our office, please allow up to 14 days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • A representative will contact you via the email address used to place your order with further details.

  • Refunds to credit cards typically post within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds to bank accounts or pin-less debit cards may take up to 10 business days.
